Assuming you are already separated, there is really nothing to prevent her having a new man and getting pregnant. If your separated, the partnership between you have more or less been dissolved, and if divorce proceedings have already started, I cannot see she has done anything wrong. If you are the one deliberately and consciously checking up on her, that is stalking
