Do AlienWare desktops come with Cd drives?

I’m starting a youtube channel so I need to know. I’m getting Sony Vegas and ElGato so I think they come with CD that have to be burned on to the computer. Also what is a good Mic or game play commentaries. And also do they come with a USB drive. Thank you all.
