Do feminists just ignore the Equal Pay Act of 1963 like it never happened?

The Equal Pay Act of 1963 makes it illegal for an employer to pay an employee less for the same work regardless of gender. There is NO pay gap.

  • Yes. They also believe that smart successful business men would actually pay more to men just because they are men. And that no competitor would hire only women and pay them less and keep the profit.
  • Yes – I found that very interesting when feminists were trying to gain support for the fair pay act, which of course is not at all fair. Their entire argument acted as if no legislation actually existed, when in fact the equal pay act has existed for about 50 years now.

“No employer having employees subject to any provisions of this section [section 206 of title 29 of the United States Code] shall discriminate, within any establishment in which such employees are employed, between employees on the basis of sex by paying wages to employees in such establishment at a rate less than the rate at which he pays wages to employees of the opposite sex in such establishment for equal work on jobs[“

  • After all the lies of feminists, I’m starting to wonder if there was EVER a pay gap to begin with. There probably was not, but they simply passed that stupid law just to get the same pay for less work or for lower quality work.

I’ve worked at jobs where i was clearly better at it than the female I was working with, but we both got paid the same. How is that fair?

  • It shouldn’t even be illegal to pay someone less. If you don’t like the conditions at a job, go somewhere else.

THIS was the beginning of socialism.

Yes because employers ignore it too. Murder is illegal too. Glad nobody is ever murdered anymore.
