Do the lives of the mutants in the x-men ever get better?

I’m not an know-it-all fan here, I dabble in the X-men stories from time to time. But, do the lives of the mutants in the x-men ever get better? Because it just seems to get worse. And I don’t mean the team X-men, I mean the common non-superhero mutants.

  • Nope, it’s not allowed. Marvel Comics has been OUT to make them extinct for over a decade now, so yeah, they screw everybody over as much as possible.

And I hear you–I can’t even follow the X-Men comics occasionally now because it’s just way too much bleakness and stupidity these days. This is one of my top three big reasons why I can’t even do Marvel Comics anymore. It’s not “good writing” when you keep beating the Editorial Sads Button (a.k.a. the whole “no more mutants/mutant extinction” thing) with a Toilet Plunger.

  • The reason they are always an endangered species is because they need to be hated by the people. that is the message of the X-men.

No matter how small you are you can still love everyone equally and can still have hope that one day everyone will see you as an equal.

That’s how the X-men started because of Diversity.

  • For some it does but for most, no, it only gets worse.
