i am cooking a roast chicken – i have put paprika on the skin and stuffed it with rice, bacon some dried cranberries, oregano, salt/pepper and an egg to make it stick together ( bake it slow) – 150 for an hour and a half covered in foil and then 180 for half an hour ( open the foil but watch it )- Celsius
got a tray full of pumpkin and potato ( 30/40 min roast at 180)and some green beans
am making a sweet gravy with corn starch and some plum sauce and pepper in the pan juices
you could cook a meal like this for around $20 -25 dollars for your mum for mothers day – easy prep and it cooks itself…

Only joking. I’m off to Morrison’s in a sec actually to go and buy some vegetarian ham. I’m making them Carbonara for dinner tonight
nope. last night i tried to roast a chicken on the rotisserie part of the barbeque and when i took it off because it was supposed to be ready and started cutting into it to put on plates it was still all bloody inside. so i put it in the oven for another hour and when i took it out it had burnt to a crisp. its why i don’t cook.
