I think they’re a tool and like any tools they can be used or abused. I think they’re great ways to stay in contact with your friends and loved ones. And they’re a great way to find people you’ve lost touch with, or keep in contact with those that live far away. But I do think that some real life human contact is necessary for people to be happy. Try to use them to make plans to socialize off of the internets :3
