my mom dropped me off with my grandparents when i was 4 and never came back or called finally a year later i guess she called my grandparents ended up adopting me and rasing me i was in contact with my mom when i was 15 i flew across country to see her it was a mistake i kept on forgiving her and she seemed to screw me over every time i no longer have anything to do with her. my problem is i dont know who my dad is all i know is his first name i have some medical issuses that dont run on my moms side and i really would like to know who he is or know if he even knows he has a child does anyone know if i have any chance of ever finding him? do i try to find my mom to ask her again to help me ?

if it’s that important, ask your mom and tell her that you badly need it.
but if it will cause you more damage to find your mom again, then just squeeze the info out from your grandparents.
if it doensn’t work still…forget about your dad.
Only your mom can tell you that who is your father or your grand parents may be knowing also otherwise no body can tell you.
