I am feed up with Ringcentral fast busy signal on local numbers. I don’t want to take the number to a local phone company because they are too high. HELP!!

TMobile is getting into that on a local basis. They are having difficulties but once the bugs get worked out they should be everywhere.
eCentrex from RingCentral? Maybe this is their own variation of the CentrEx phone system that was innovated by Bell. Nortel has its own variation as well called the IBN. As what I know Centrex is a hosted phone system meaning that eCentrex is a hosted system as well. Contact RingCentral if you want to inquire more information concerning their phone system.
