i go to last known good configuration and it seems like it is going but the fbi window still pops up.

you might be infected with a back door trojan which is the worst virus you can get and youll have to reinstall windows, try system restore and choose the first one thats listed
If you have access to another computer then download the bitdefender rescue CD. Burn the ISO file to a blank CD using a free program like Imgburn. Put the CD in the infected computer and change the boot order to boot from the disk. From there the Bitdefender Cd will scan your computer for infected files.

I got this 2 what I did is I went back about a 2weeks and uploaded the settings from my back up cd into my com and it worked for me
