2011 Gy6 engine not starting had a new spark plug and valve adjustment a week ago it started perfectly. Now nothing. When i kick it i just get silence, no attempt at starting, when i electric start the starter motor turns for 1 second and stops for half a second then turns for another second and it goes on. The electrics (horn, lights ect) are all working. Whats the problem, bearing in mind it the starter motor is doing some weird stuff, yet it doesnt start on kick?
It has spark.
I cant smell fuel.
