Healthy for a female athlete to be over 2?

Ill start off by saying that I’m a 19y/o female, 5’6, 220 pounds, and 19% bodyfat. I’m a university hockey player and also an olympic weightlifter. Basically just wondering if this weight I’m at is healthy for my joint, bones/skeleton, and even my organs. Not too worried about the number on the scale, just worried if this weight is going to damage me internally.

  • If those are really your stats, then you know you are well outside the norm. Any opinion you get on Yahoo
