Use oil to remove eye makeup. Baby oil and olive oil both have the ability to remove eye makeup. Soak a cotton ball with the oil and wipe over the area to take off the makeup. You may want to use a dry cotton ball afterward to soak up any excess oil.

You just need to wash it gently with a washcloth and water. If it is waterproof you will need make up remover 🙂

put some lotion on a cutetip and rub the cutetip gently across your eyelids, and then wash with some soap and water. pat dry with damp towel, and vwalla! lol i hope i helpedddddddddd
well u could try taking water and a tissue or something and rub it off but that will probably irritate ur skin and wont take all of it off, its probably hard to take makeup off without makeup remover sorry

really who knew the ol soap and water would work perfectly fine?
lol i dnt see any eye liner but here it goes get oil baby oil or vaseline or cooking oil put it on the tissue and wipe ur eyes ok then wash with facial cleanser ohhhh ur gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just wash with soap and water.
Spit. It totally has enzymes that break down eye makeup. I’m not kidding.
