Hell vs. hell and Heaven vs. heaven?

I’m wondering if it is possible/appropriate to use both hell and Hell in the same book? For example, You are going to Hell. But, “go to hell”. All lowercase? All uppercase? Both? Same question for heaven and Heaven.

I don’t capitalize heaven and hell because I don’t agree that the proper name of heaven and hell is Heaven and Hell. I would capitalize Valhalla or Hades, however.
