Help! is this true?!?

If you and a partner are 5 months apart (age wise) and one turns 18 and the other one is still 17 is it illegal for them to be together? can the 18yr old be arrested for something so redundant?

Umm.. this is in the wrong section.. but! No, it is not illegal for them to be together. Although, it can be considered statutory rape under the law if they have sex when one is a legal adult and the other is still a minor, regardless of which gender is which age.
