Hello, please only serious answers with people with real answers.
My parents are coming close to losing there home and everything they have worked hard to get. Last year my dad got laid off, he found a job in another state, moved there to get the job, then he got laid off from there. My parents are now coming VERY close to losing there home.
They have tried working with the mortgage company but they won’t help, they said it would take upto 4 months, then today the mortgage company sold there loan to another mortgage company. They don’t know what to do, and are seriously running out of options.
I really dont want my parents to get foreclosed on there house or have to go through another bankruptcy (they went through one when I was a baby). Is there any other options?
Please serious answers only. I figured we have tried everything else might as well see what fellow humans have to say (meaning yahoo answers).

If your parents cannot afford to live in the house anymore, then there is nothing that can be done for them. Having a house is not an entitlement. It may be harsh, but that goes with EVERYTHING. If you no longer make your car payments, the car gets repo’d. There is nothing wrong with renting an apartment or a house until they get back on their feet.
have you tried social services or your church
call the other mortagage co maybe they will be more helpful. have you talked to a lawyer ?? on the weekend there is not much you can do but monday please try these places. good luck
