Ok so yesterday I was sick and stayed home and I went online (to play games and watch porn, don’t judge me) and I accidentally got the blasterworm23 virus, and now it won’t go on the Internet and it won’t uninstall and commands won’t work and it keeps freaking out and squealing at me and so I faked sick today to figure it out but nothing will work, I can’t figure out what to do and I don’t have a credit card and can’t pay for the Internet security fees and my mom doesn’t know, PLEASE HELP ME!!! I have a 4-5 year old dell laptop (inspiron 1521 i think) and if I let my mom see it it will say child-porn virus on it and although it wasn’t child porn I am not a pervert it won’t go away, please help

1. do not panic!
2. switch off computer and leave for 20sec.
3. boot computer in safe mode (tap f8 key during boot sequence) with network
4. if you do not have it – go to filehippo.com and download ccleaner, install and run, remove all junk, run registry cleaner as well (build in ccleaner)
5. open any net browser and use nod32 (from eset.com) or trendmicro (from housecall.trendmicro.com) online virus scanner

that is all… by the way, it is time to upgrade your operating system… windows xp is great but bit on the obsolete side of operating systems…

Since 25 I have had a few virus/spyware etc threats that will just not go away at all.
Bleeping computer have been an absolute godsend in all that time.
If you do not want to click a link (understandably you should be cautious!) then just Google them.
Only do what a VERIFIED helper tells you to do but they will be there every single step of the way with you and will not ask to access your computer remotely. Don’t let people do that.

I believe you may have Rogue: W32/FakeRean…. It is a malware that will not let you open internet files and claims you have all of these viruses and in order to get rid of them you have to pay money..
I have the same thing right now and it also claimed I had viruses, such as blaster.worm and child-porn, ect. Unlike you, I never watch porn though…in anycase I think this is what it is…

If you already have anti virus software installed I would recommended restarting the computer in “safe mode” this is done by usually pressing f8 as soon as you turn on the computer (before the windows splash screen appears) select “Safe Mode with networking” its basically a stripped down version of windows. try getting on the internet from there and running you antivirus software in safe mode. if you dont have antivirus software then a really good free one is Avast I would also download Malwarebytes which is also a great free program that scans for malware.
What anti-virus program do you have? Any ideas how that program failed to protect you? What computer are you currently using to connect to the Internet?
