If you got an e-mail that is asking for stuff like your credit card or bank account number or Paypal password, do not answer it, they just want to steal your money (and they are not American either)

Your question isn’t very clear, but I think you may be asking why so much information is expected to just come to America for a short visit. Terrorism makes America cautious. Just this week, bombs blew up, and two Russians are responsible. Better safe than sorry… :/
