How are good deed from a putthujana though associated with the alobha, adosa and amoha regarded as karma?

What I know about karma philosophy is that for every action one performs one receives the fruit of it and perhaps it is for this reason that good deeds associated with alobha et al are regarded as karma.

All action has an equal and opposite re-action…..
