I’m thinking of getting a tattoo on my ribs, but alot of people say it hurts worse than getting one anywhere else. Can someone with rib tattoo experience give me some advice/answers? Thanks!

Don’t pay people to scar your body. Its silly.
A lot. Your ribs are one of the most painful places to get a tattoo. Lots of nerves in this area.
By the way, I would actually recommend you look into a tattoo skin care line called Revita Ink. It is created to help prevent your tattoos from fading. www.RevitaInk.com. It was developed by a dermatologist in LA and is made specifically to help prevent tattoo fading. I started using it on my tattoos. I use their night cream at night, and then the lotion during the day. They also have a nice sunscreen.
I started using the product line shortly after I finished my arm piece. This was months ago. I am still very impressed with how bright the color has stayed. So far I’ve had all of my arms tattooed, shoulder blades, lower back, stomach, and ribs. The ribs definitely hurt the worst. http://www.flickr.com/photos/@N/… And the little branch that goes under my boob was the most painful spot ever (the pain went all the way across to the other side). But it was totally worth it.

The ribs give you a weird feeling. not so much pain. Just weird pressure.
dont let the pain affect your choice. i’ve got one on my wrist which is supposed to be one of the worst places pain wise and it was very bearable.
It all depends on your pain tolerance.
