How can i delete the $RECYCLE.BIN virus?

I’ve tried basically everything and nothing seems to work!!! and it’s annoying af!

Hi ,

scan system with trend micro housecall or ATTK at safe mode with network .

also better always purchase and use best and trusty protection : trend micro , symantec , webroot
