The pole thing in my charger is loose. I heard that soldering or hot gluing might work, but how does one exactly hot glue such a delicate area? My laptop is an Asus K53sv

Hot glue is not the answer. You will just make things worse. What you have is known as a cold solder joint. If you do not have experience in how to disassemble laptops and know how to solder I recommend that you take it to a shop or send it to ASUS. This can go from a minor problem to something serious if not handle properly.
