I have a GIF which is currently x, and I need to get it down to x, while still keeping it animated. The problem isn’t the file size, just the dimensions. I’m using Adobe Photoshop CS, and can’t reduce the image size without causing it to become un-animated (just displays the first image).

I also know that their resize options are unique – like you can point out all the desired parameters of the resulting image. http://imageconverterplus.com/help-center/work-wit… It is also quite easy to use.
