How do you silver coat a roof on a brownstone house?

The roof is flat and slants so that water can go down a drain at the lower corner of it. At the other corner the roof sags a bit so that water collects there when it rains even after the water has drained. Would silver coating that sag with more coats solve that problem? Also, I don’t know how to silver coat. Is it only a matter of painting with paint rollers after cleaning the surface?
