Constipation, lower back pain, and cramps are all signs of pregnancy but can also be a period coming. Everyone is different. I’ve had 3 pregnancies and only spotted with my second. Taking a test or having a late period would be more of a sign.

first off most woman dont even spot in there pregnancy. No back pain is not a sign of pregnancy.
How I thought i was pregnant in the early part of my pregnancy was my breasts got larger and hurt ALOT and had period like cramps. Constepation… NO
