I had the only woman that I ever loved leave me a month ago, it hurt worse then I could have imagined, we still talk on facebook and she comes by from time to time, but I think I might have meet someone new and haven’t told her yet, im not sure how long I should wait before I move on from her, I keep hopeing that she comes back to me

If you just really liked or lusted for someone, on the other hand, then a few weeks to a couple of months may be enough.
If you haven’t moved on, then you shouldn’t go to some other girl. It’s not fair to the new girl if you start dating her but really like your ex. Whenever you know for a fact that you don’t like your ex anymore is the time when you can move on.
