How many plants would you need in a vacuum for one personne to be able to breathe?

    They need carbon dioxide to give out oxygen.

    Therefore nothing lives in a vacuum.

    I guess we breathe out 1.036 kg of carbon dioxide per day. So you would need enough plants to soak up the carbon in 1.036 kg of co2. It depends on what kinds of plants. Some absorb carbon faster than others. It all depends on how much light the plant receives and its growth characteristics.
