I bought mine which is an 80 lb bag around $1 at a sporting new and used store. If you do get one, my suggestion is to get a watch/timer as well that you can set to go one or two minutes rounds (just like in boxing). It is a good way to increase your strength and agility when you do practice on the punching bag.
