I was thinking of getting a tattoo soon (fist one) on my inner-forearm, nothing too big just real simple. I have always wanted to get a sleeve tattoo on only my left forearm. The tattoo I’m about to get is a start.
I was wondering how much it would cost to get the whole forearm done with a few colours.

Like stated before you’re looking at between and usd. Different shops will have different rates and different artists will charge you differently. You may be able to find someone willing to do the work for a flat fee which will save you money in the long run.
The links you posted don’t work. If you’re getting a sleeve I’d be less worried about how much it costs, and more worried about where you are getting it done and how reputable and safe the shop is.
It depends on where you go and the amount of detail in the tattoo. I would find an artist that you like. Most places have online portfolios for each of their artists. Find one that has a style you like and get a price from them. Never just go with the lowest price. Cheap tattoos look like crap.
Tribal was a fad that has been done to death. It’s your body….if you want that horrible tattoo, go for it, just know how overdone it is. Common sense would tell you that nobody but the artist you choose can even ballpark this for you. You could go to one guy who will charge you , and the next could charge you ,.
