How often do you worry about the future?

I think if everyone is “honest”….. we all worry a little about the future on occasions.

Some of us will be terrified and others will have the attitude of “hey… well that’s life.

I am the type to think more about my kids and their future than myself, but I do enjoy life very much.

About getting old……. hell yes I worry about that but it’s better than the alternative, isn’t it. LOL

Sometimes I do yes. But most of the time, I look forward to the future. You should do too! There’s so much you can do, whether it’s career wise or relationship wise. You can make a family, meet new people, make new friends, get your own house and car etc etc.

There are some issues however that worry me. Will I ever find the right person? Will I ever get a decent job? What if I end up in a shabby rental house? It’s natural to think these things though.

The easiest thing to do is write out a plan.. what you want to do, where you want to go. Make some personal goals. Eg. I want to be a psychologist, marry a man around the age of 25 and have 3 children before I’m 40, have a big house with a family car and go on lots of holidays ;]

It’s simple, but you just have to stick to it. Think what’s best for you, and just go for it. Just relax, time is too precious to sit and worry.

Hello there, I worry about the future everyday simply because if you dont worry about it bad things might happen, ok if you dont atleast think about it how can you be sure your not making bad decisions, when I make wrong things happen I get upset but then try not to make the same mistake again. Worrying about the future helps us make each day count living for the day youll find only makes you waste days with people which you should cherish you never know when theyll be gone, sorry not too be a simple easy happy answer but I know lifes not a perfect place to be, but just try to be possitive like I try to be lol hope I help a bit x

I worry very often about the future. I worry about getting into college and if I can do well in college, I worry about making the correct decisions. I worry about my future with my boyfriend. I worry about my family. I worry about everything. Getting old however, isn’t a large concern of mine.

Its a common thing to worry about the future from time to time.

With humans curiosity is only natural.

I personally look to the future almost everyday. High school, College, Life after that.

Old age is also something people worry about. Its going to happen but having a positive attitude could help a lot(:

I don’t worry about getting old that much, if I actually make it to old age healthy I’ll be happy. But I do worry about the future every day, I never used to but I do now I have a child. What can you do though, I mean you do your best every day and that’s all you can do right?!

For starters, there are times when i worry about the next day

I worry about my parents getting old.. but not myself

& I often worry about the future but then again I worry about the present/past too.

How many hours are there in a day? When you’re living hand-to-mouth, you usually worry about the future. And I’m not allowed to worry about getting old. If I say something about getting old, my husband comes back with, “I’m already there.”

The future never comes in my thoughts. But I’m not one of those people who fears dying. I could die tomorrow and still believe everything happens for a reason. I, however, do NOT want to be old. I really don’t want to live to be that old. All the things you can’t do: hear, see, walk etc. I don’t worry about it though.
