How to connect an earphone at the output of a circuit to hear the sound?

I’m doing smart hearing aid circuit,i.e, it detects small sounds nd amplifies it nd u can hear the sound at the output through earphone..now the circuit is ready..at the output if i connect a led, it glows whenever der’s some small sounds near microphone..but accordin to the circuit i need to connect an earphone to hear it..so i cut a earphone,identified its ground and other terminals and connected it at the output..but unfortunately even if there’s some o/p vtg across the o/p terminals whenever der’s sound ,i can’t hear anythin in the ear phone..can anyone pls help me?

  • Your earphone impedance was too low for your simple circuit that requires high impedance load. 8 ohm earphone is too low for it and overload the power output circuit. Modify the circuit with high power IC that can support 8 ohm output load shall do.
