I have a faux suede jacket that I machine washed and am supposed to hang to dry. It has been hanging for 2 days and is still not dry. I want it dry by Saturday and there is no sunshine for it to dry outside in. Can I place it in the dryer on air dry? I’ve tried finding the answer but to avail. Thank you all.

I do it all of the time when it is too cold and cloudy to hang mine dry. Just check it now and again, on my dryer I have 3 settings, normal, more and less dry which tells the moisture sensor when to turn the dryer off. I use the less dry which signals me to check it and it has never damaged it and it is usually enough time to both dry it and get the wrinkles out.
