I have been told to send them an email to to [email protected] with the persons Yahoo ID and why I am reporting them
but I don’t know how to find out their Yahoo ID to make the complaint, I can look on their answers page but all I can see if their name ‘Sam’ but no their Yahoo ID?

Click at the avatar of the user to enter his YA profile (my activities), now take a look at your browser window – what you see there is his/her Yahoo ID. Copy and paste that URL into the message you are sending to the YA

Team – the address you were given is correct.
The Yahoo ID should look something like this: http://answers.yahoo.com/activity?show=xL6vqNffaa , but the letter/number combo after “show” will be different – I just posted your own User ID for comparison.
