There was a serial killer in the late 17’s that tore the neck of his victims open and drank/bottled there blood. He was suffering this mental condition but he was human because he died of blood related illness and faulty digestive systems in his flat and the police found bottled blood.

Well you could go with the original way. A vampire takes your blood into his or her body, then you drink their blood once your near death or dead. You have to have their blood inside of you and the change happens while your in a coffin or in ground. You rise from the dead, a newborn vampire.

I think that it would be kind of cool to be a vampire, for a while anyhow. However, you would have to be VERY good at keeping secrets in order to not get killed by vampire hunters. In fact, you probably would get killed EVENTUALLY.
Being a vampire is not all about being able to do awesome things like flying and running inhumanly fast. Vampires would probably be at a VERY high risk of being hunted down, tortured and/or killed. You could get force-fed Holy water, or whatever else there is that burns vampires, or tricked into drinking it. You may then be left to suffer in agony as you burned from the inside. The vampire hunter, or whoever else did this to you, may even be cruel and/or hateful enough to just sit there and enjoy watching you suffer.
Trust me, you do not want to be a vampire. It may be cool to have such awesome abilities and be able to live a lot longer than your average human being, but is it really worth it for the fact that you may have to endure all of this and may even die because it?
