here’s a tutorial with screenshots
first you go to your timeline ,then click friends then u ll get friend list and above friend list at right top u ll see find friends, side of that u ll see edit or pencil sign, then click it and two privacy ll come , then click edit privacy and u ll see friend list and u can change it to only me . thats it
i also use it bcozz nobody can see my friends.

Go to your Friends List If you have the Old Timeline Click on Edit a Box Will Pop up With the Current Setting Change it To Customize than Me Only
If you have the New Timeline Go to your Friends List Click on the Pencil Than Click on Privacy From there you Will See the Setting to Restrict it
