How to make bulimia or bulimic tendencies totally disappear?

I am now bulimic for 2 months, which began on February 2013.

However, on the 3rd of May, today, I have decided to put a stop to my eating disorder: by controlling my food intake, diet and exercise, and try my best not to stick my fingers down my throat.

But what I’m really worried is that I’m still very anxious to gain weight, and I still check myself on the mirror almost every time to see if my face or stomach got fat. And my bulimic tendencies still come back. I still get tempted to throw up. Sometimes I always tell my brain “No! Don’t throw up, don’t throw up! You can do this!”

Sometimes I succumb to purging eventually, but I can’t throw up a lot anymore, unlike before. This could mean that my urge to purge is starting to fade, which is a good sign that I may be on my way to recovery.

What can I do to make my bulimia, or bulimic tendencies disappear COMPLETELY? (aside from making myself busy)

You are just used to looking extremely skinny so gaining weight might seem like stepping off a ledge. But gaining weight is like letting go. Let the inhibitions go. Eat the stuff you love. Embrace the freedom of eating good food. What you see as fat is what many people see as healthy. So don’t worry yourself with how you look. You probably look wayyy more gorgeous! Food is a requirement for beauty.

Also, if nothing seems to work, definitely visit a psychologist/psychiatrist. There is nothing wrong with you when you eat food. You need to believe this. Good luck!

Therapy, the only cure is therapy. You have to deal with the issues that are eating you, which apparently is being bullied. You have to deal with the bullies from your past. To Write Love On Her Arms twloha.com is the best site for self harm and suicide, they have links to help in most areas.
