Make videos and load them on youtube, then put ads on the videos or put ads on a website and send people to the website by advertising the website in the video. Google owns youtube and they also own Google Adsense, so its legit. 90% of my monthly income comes from this exact method. The videos better be your own material though, Google won’t pay you if you use copyrighted material and they will ban you, so don’t just post other people’s videos, they check when they review payments each month. Yahoo also has a program called Publishers Network which is the same thing, but you can only put it on websites, not youtube videos. $700 is a lot, that would require about 3000 daily views, so if you can make 1 video that gets 3000 views a day (not likely lol), or 100 videos that get 30 views a day, then you will be somewhere in that ballpark. I can make about 10 videos a day on whatever subjects so it would probably take about a month to get up to that level if you did it every day.

I would carefully consider looking for any online job opportunities. There are alot of scams out there. I assume you are young. Get a local job, get some life experience. The internet is so power-full and is growing at an extreme rate changing daily. You will end up spending more money buying silly products or products you cant really apply fully. Before spending any money “review“ and dont spend any money, there is treasure troves of free info(not really i lied) but it is out there. Ask around on forums for local help. Make a simple resume(even with no experience) some employers love people with drive. Show your talents, or skills. Sell yourself as a person not a service. If you have experience than use it.
Well, it depends, if you’re old enough to get a job then you could get a job. But if you aren’t old enough, then I would suggest to:
do A LOT of chores: mowing lawns, walking dog, cleaning house
or you could sell something, or have a garage sale selling some of your stuff, or you could tell your parents that for every good grade you could get some money. But it wont come to you very fast because 700 is a lot of money.
I would definetly find older couples on your street or in your neighbour and ask them if you can shovel the driveway. I am sure they would appreciate and you could proabably make 10-15 bucks a driveway.
