So I want it to be bright orange on the bottom, darker orange in the middle and dark blue on the top & if we could try to make this a very strong drink, that would be great!!

To layer it effectively you’re going to have to choose three liquors with different alcohol percentages.
The lowest APV will be at the bottom and the highest will float on the top.
It probably won’t be a very strong drink as you will have to use some low APV liquor to make it work right.
