How to remove the file on my desktop? It can’t even be deleted when i click on delete button.?

I tried to delete it through ms-dos also, but it’s not going, it’s an mpg file. I tried to delete it permanently by clicking shift+del. even though it’s not going, i think it’s a virus. I must delete it. But how? Any other idea please?

  • Try force deletion using Killbox software. Else install unlocker, right click on the file and select unlock >> unlock all. This will remove locking handles and you can delete it.

  • Try restarting your computer, then trying to delete it. But killbox or whatever will also do the trick.

  • Right click on the file, then chose to scan with your antivirus to see if it’s infected.
