How to stop verbal bullying in high school?

I’m in sophomore year in high school and there are juniors who bully me (they even don’t know me, I’m schoolmate with their friend). They bully me verbally like always calling me my name, which they find funny. They sometimes follow me in circles and one of them sometimes pushes me. They are all bigger and stronger then me. I told them few times to stop with their nonsense **** and to act to their age, but they just don’t stop. They find it funny and amusing. I told my friend (who knows them) that I won’t take any **** from them anymore and next time I will punch them. He thinks that I’m overreating and that they’re only joking. I told them they’re jerks and idiots.

I really don’t know what to do, please help me. I don’t want to tell anyone in school, it will make it just worse.

Thanks!

  • tell them that you are going to make a police report about this.
  • If you feel like your becoming bullied, or being physically touched then that’s a BIG problem. You can’t let that go lightly. You need to contact your principle & if not that & you are scared contact the police. This is serious. Whether they are joking its not a joke. You need to also defend yourself. Don’t let people walk on you. You deserve more & you will receive more in time. Just keep focused & remain yourself & complete your goals.

I’ve been bullied before in elementary. Now I’m in 10th grade & haven’t been bullied sense.

  • Fighting is one way but these guys are experts, you’ll be the one in trouble not them. You can take a different approach and talk about Jesus Christ. When they call you a homosexual for example, you can say that Jesus Christ isn’t cool with that & that you believe in Jesus. Now, this will make everyone uncomfortable including you but if you want a power shift against much stronger and experienced bullies i don’t see what else you can do other than bringing a knife or gun to school.
