This is a poem I want you to share your thoughts on
Deep inside a humans soul
farther than the mind may go
Grief and strife persist in peace
Hate is woven like a fleece
As humans try to fight this all
They know at good they fall
For deep inside a human’s soul
Farther than the mind can go
Grief and strife persist in peace
And evil is woven like a fleece
This is an ugly truth but you can run
But the evil for long cannot be shunned
This is a poem and I am wondering what reactions it would take, and what do you think of it
This is written by an ancient greek poet

poems mean what ever you think they mean
“… a poem should not mean, but be, palpable and mute, as globed fruit..”
good and evil are human ideas they do not have independent existence. although the Ancient Greeks has such a belief. they thought ideas like beauty and true were things, even more real than a rock
