No. Way too tall of a bike. At only 4′ 11″ tall, quite possibly you will NOT find a fixie with a frame size small enough to fit you. Hell…I’m 5′ 10″ tall & ride a 54cm frame size road bike.
Try to find a bike with 650c tires – not 7c.
