I am the only User Account on my W7 laptop with no password. I have lost ownership of my files/folders and?

It’s treating me like a guest account.
I cannot add/remove/change user account, I cannot click Change User Account Settings, it says “Can’t open access control editor. access is denied”

Any ideas?! If further India need let me know

  • The only thing I can suggest is that you do a system restore, go back three days
    to do that just write in at the start box ( where you log off ) System restore then follow instructions. restore system files and settings
