I applied at a grocery store and am wondering if I got the job?

I called them back and they said waiting for my background check to come back, then Ill get the drug test. Does grocery store managers bother giving you details about those thing if you didn’t get the job? If I didn’t, what would a grocery store manager answer to me be calling back after an interview?

  • If you already taken the drug test, then you have a higher chance that you get the job since they wont really waste their money for that if they wouldn’t want to hire you.

    The drug test itself is very simple and will only take a few minutes, but it takes time for them to give it you which usually takes 24-48 hours.

    The best thing to do now is wait for them to call you back, since you already said you called them back, and they said they are waiting for some results.
