After High School, I want to join the Peace Corps, but I want to go to college as well. I could get the funding from the peace corps for college, and take some classes overseas, or i could go to college first and… well, i cant decide! please help…

Echoing the others — 90 percent of PCVs have their four-year degree or higher. The rest have years and years of relevant experience.
Do your research. Had you looked at the PC site before throwing this question out there, you wouldn’t have panicked about the decision, because there isn’t a decision involved.
Oh, also — you CANNOT get funding for college from Peace Corps. That is completely and totally untrue.

The PeaceCorps does NOT want people right out of high school. They want a college education and/or a great deal of life and work experience. Please go to the PC web site and read about the kind of people they want!
