  • Your way out is simple. You must make a commitment to yourself that you ARE going to lose the weight and change your body. THat is your first step. If you dont commit to this, then you will be stuck in the same place all your life. Once you have made that commitment, and enlisted the help of supportive people (mom, teacher, friend, whatever), you will start by changing the things you eat. Ban hamburgers, fries, pizza, cookies, and all the greasy, calorie-packed food (you can still have a slice of pizza once in a while). Replace by healthy and nutritious food— no surprise: fruit, vegetable. Chose the fruit and vegetable you like, and prepare them in attractive ways. Reduce your portions: Instead of a full plate of pasta, have one portion the size of your fist. Instead of meat, chose fish (not fried, remember?) or light cheese. The other aspect of your body transformation is— no surprise again, exercise. Every day. Even for 10 minutes. In the beginning, you will find it difficult, so start easy. As you lose weight, motivatin will come; exercise will become easier and you will start loving it. Continue to go to your weight training classes, do your best; but now, do not feel embarrassed or shameful— think to yourself, wait guys, in six months from now, I will have a new body— just wait! Armed with this determined goal of showing them your new body, start today and be confident. All the best. PS> I hope you do what I advise, and make sure to take pictures for your before/after story.
