I’m in Year 9 and I know a test isn’t exactly an exam but it’s still important to me to do well. We only found out about this test 6 days before it was set to happen (Wednesday and Thursday). I done really bad on my last test and I want to do good on this one but I’m trying to revise and I hardly understand anything. I have one day to get help from my teacher but I feel like that’s not enough and I know I’m going to fail and I’m really stressed out. What can I do? I don’t want to end up in a bad maths class next year.

you know, i think you are overreacting, yesterday i watched this documentary about human emotions and how they impact a humans daily life for example:
if your parents told you if you leave your window open bugs will come inside and if you have a fear of bugs, whenever you relax you will start to feel itchy as if a bug is trying to bite you because your brain is instinctively reacting to what you don’t believe this on some occasions is referred to as paranoia so if you believe you will fail your brain will instinctively try to make your expectations real
so in my opinion is you should just believe in yourself
just chill out first u r in 9 u dont need to take any stress about your maths . everything will be okay just practice hard and if u dont know a solution of a problem just ask ur family members … so just chill out if u will get nervous then your exam can go more worse so just let it be okay
