“Voices In my head please help?
For the passed 2 years I have been hearing voices in my head, only until a few months maybe 4/5 months I see someone called jack when I ask people if they saw him they say no?

He is very controlling gets me into fights and trouble

I keep thinking of ways i can hurt myself because he said if i do he will go away and i have done
but when i done it he didn’t go, please help me i am scared really scared please help”

I forgot to mention i have loads of therapists i spend maybe 3-4 days a week on different people and they dont help this is not a troll question please dont think that please i beg you i really really need help please help me

I agree with Mark. If you have been receiving medical help and it is acchieving nothing, then there is a chance that your problems are spiritual rather than medical. So go and talk with a priest, and get their advice about the situation.

I don’t think this is paranormal. This sounds like a mental health issue. Its a main symptom of Schizophrenia, as well. Id go get yourself checked out if I were you.
