As long as you are working together, it is a bad idea to try anything. Even if there is no rule about co-workers dating, it could get nasty if you two broke up. Stick to being professional and look someplace else for a boyfriend.
the biggest problem with workplace romances is “what are you supposed to do if it doesn’t work out?” You still have to work together, but now you don’t like each other anymore… I’d say just flirt until you don’t work together any more.. then see if a relationship works.
If hes your age and he makes you happy you should hang out with him and if he likes im sure he will say “Will you go out with me?” Thats better than just goig up to him and asking so have fun sweety hope you guys make it!x]
