I want to get a Tattoo (Questions)?

I want to get a Tattoo on my left wrist so I can easily hide it from my parents since I usually wear a lot of wristbands (rubber and leather) and a watch, and I usually draw or write on my arm.
I plan in getting either Words or an Anchor or a Music Symbol. What would you suggest?
I’m a music person (I’m a vocalist and guitarist in a band). My favorite symbol is an Anchor.
I plan getting Tattoo’s in my Whole Arm, Shoulders and Chest but only after I become 18 (I’m still currently 15) so my Parents somehow couldnt stop me at it.
How much does a High Quality Permanent Tattoo in a wrist usually cost? So I’d know what tattoo shop would I go to so I wont have problems with it. It’ll probably be around 2 Inches only. haha
and would I still need parents permission for this? anyway I can fake it, but I need to know. haha

  • I wanted my first tattoo when I was 15 but my parents wouldn’t have even considered it. I waited until I was 18, still liked the design, and got it done then. 3 years later I still LOVE my first tattoo and I wont ever regret getting it. I now wait a year for every tattoo I get. The point to my little story is if you wait until you’re 18 and you still want the tattoo its a good idea.You know that its not a fad that you wont like in a year. Perfect example; my friend got a tattoo of 2 cherries (yeah it was the fad for some reason) when she was 16 and now she hates it! She is looking to get it covered up. Don’t waste your money on a regret wait until you’re old enough.

  • I would suggest waiting. I suggest waiting because of one reason you are 15 and still young and have your whole life ahead of you and a tattoo is permanent. If you really do want to get this done I would suggest talking to your parents. Be mature about it and don’t go behind their backs and do something like this considering it is something you will have for the rest of your life. This is the type of advice I would give to my best friend if I were your age. I hope I did not come off rude or ignorant. I wish you the best 🙂

  • My Dad is a tattoo-artist. You’re underage that’s why you need parent’s permission.
