If 99 bottles of beer on the wall was sung from start to end what is the sum of all the numbers including repe?

Created a simple spreadsheet with a column for each repetition like this:

99 | 99 | 1 | 98
98 | 98 | 1 | 97
etc…

Did a sum total and got 14,850

That’s a lot of beer!

well it goes 99 bottle of beer on the wall 99 bottles of beer take 1 down pass it around 98 bottles of beer on the wall! 98 bottles of beer on the wall 98 bottles of beer take one down pass it around you have to do it 99 times so

lets count:99=1 99 =2 1=3 and 98=4 so each line you 4 numbers times that by 99 and you get? 396!

if you mean added together then that would be nearly impossible you would have to add 99+99+1+98
98+98+2+97 and so on it would be very large

99 bottles… 99 bottles… take one down… 98 bottles…
Last line: one bottle of beer on the wall (2x), take it down, pass it around, no bottles…

(99 + 0) / 2 * 2 * 100 + 99 = 45 * 200 + 99 = 9099 bottles
